Calling all prospective brick and mortar business owners! Are you looking for the perfect commercial space to house your business?
On Thursday, December 9th the Alliance for Pioneer Square will host a free public workshop facilitated by Atelier Drome Architecture + Interior Design titled, “Commercial Tenant Improvement Design & Permitting.”
Finding the perfect space for your business can feel daunting but it doesn’t have to! In this workshop, the Atelier Drome team will walk you through how to determine whether a space can feasibly accommodate your vision, before you invest any time and money. You will learn to uncover the possibilities and limitations of potential properties to determine whether a space can be used as-is, require renovation, or simply won’t work. This workshop will help you feel confident as a business owner and save you time and energy, allowing you to focus on what’s most important – your business.
