The Alliance for Pioneer Square invites business owners and property managers to apply for the Facade Improvement Fund. This fund, made possible by the City of Seattle Office of Economic Development, aims to provide financial support for improving building facades and storefronts in the Pioneer Square neighborhood. Funds may be used to cover materials and labor expenses, worth up to $5,000 per business.
Eligible improvements can include but are not limited to:
- Replacement of broken windows
- Facade repairs
- Fresh coats of paint
- Repairing broken locks
- Professional facade cleaning
- Graffiti removal
